Junior Loan Policies:

Note: This product replaces all limited policies.

The ALTA Residential Limited Coverage Junior Loan Policy insures a lender that the party named as “Grantee” in the policy is the Grantee in the last recorded instrument affecting title to the land, and that there are no recorded monetary liens and/or real estate tax liens shown by the public records affecting title to the land except as same are disclosed in the Policy.

ALTA Supplemental Coverage Endorsement Form JR1 extends the effective date of the Policy to the date shown on the Endorsement relative to most of the coverages contained in the Policy.

This report shows the grantor/grantee information recited in the last recorded instrument affecting title to the land, together with any and all open encumbrances and/or monetary liens and/or real estate tax liens shown by the public records affecting title to the land and current tax information.
